You can feel it, I have felt it, not awful
Yet definite, now with a roughness on
My Adam’s apple, weighing me down,
Making me drowsy, Airborne tablets &
Tea to bolster me with streams of Virginia
Honey to soften me up and relieve the
Effects of being attacked from my insides,
I am wearing my eyebrows lower than I
Like, that extra weight is wearing me down
And so I will now take some leave and go lay
down and have my eyes close in rest to fight
The ravages of germs gone wild against my
Mouth, I am worn and battered and need my
Rest before watching Law and Order at 9PM!
