Four Morning Poems , Wednesday, September 10th, 2008 , A Gray, Cool Morning

The poems I'm writing these days are really quite fluid break-downs of words and phrases and they meld one into the other and inspire another similar-sounding word or phrase and somehow I just keep writing until I'm at the bottom of each page. I stop, number that poems and then often at the top of the next white page continue from the thought(s) I had to let go temporarily. I'm enjoying this transition of mine. Hope you enjoy them. I was thinking about reconnecting with old friends and family and my god parents, too. It just took one call that I made under quite serendipitous circumstances and I grabbed them and ran with them and that suited me just fine! It put a smile on my face and made me feel quite contented with myself and my specific moment's circumstances. TONY
