Poetry In Motion : Rock Creek Parkway/ December 10th, 2009 : Morning

I took these yesterday before work and I just thought that they would be fun to share with you.




I was on Rock Creek Parkway in Washington D.C. on this very cold, brisk, bright, sunny day and it occurred to me to take these pictures as a souvenir. I will add the poems tonight or within a day or two at the most. Enjoy these pictures in the meantime.

#4 Le 18 Octobre, 2009 Samedi matine en Virginie en voiture a 10:54 AM on a brisk, cool, cold bright morn ... hope you liked these four poems inspired by my hearing Elton John perform live at U.V.A. last year ( it's now Sunday, July 19th, 2009 at 12:02 Am - just Monday AM - 2009 ) 2008 over my house phone and then later over my cell phone - wow, it was quite the performance and experience for me. It was almost like a bootleg show of sorts as I was hearing it live and not paying to hear it : a bit scratchy and at times choppy as it had to travel over the phone wires ... nice all the same.
